Are you sure you uploaded the correct files to the correct place?

I can find upgrade_368.php in your install directory but I cannot find upgrade_370.php or any higher. Thus indicating that maybe the updated files have not been uploaded, I recommend that you download a copy of 3.7.1 from vBulletin.com and upload all of the PHP files again ensuring that they are fully uploaded. Then check your /install/ directory to see if upgrade_370.php and higher are present.

If you still can not upgrade correct without any modification, then please open a support ticket.

You seem to have uploaded the upload directory to your server. You need to upload the contents of that directory into your "forums" directory.

I really doubt that you have uploaded all files (and have overwritten any existing files).

Upgrade.php shows on your forum:

Also like already mentioned, none of the 37x upgrade scripts are in the install folder on your board.

This file isn't there... but it should be. You need to find out why it is not there and how to get it there. This isn't a vBulletin error, so we can't give you much more assistance. If you are having issues uploading files you'd need to speak to your host or something along those lines.

It is like you are trying to fit a new window in your house but the new window hasn't arrived so you're just refitting the old one again and again. (I like my analogies, me )
