first confirm that you have Allow Users To Change Styles->Set to Yes in vbulletin options->Style and Language Settings

okayy.. in Style Manager, do you have the Skins checkbox selected ??
or you can also check it through the Skin->dropdown menu->edit settings->Allow User Selection->Set to Yes try reverting your footer template and disabling your most recently installed mods if problem is not solved.. |

The thing is only staff should be able to see the skin so I dont want that.
We had one skin and then created another and the selector was there but now we made a 3rd, the selector goes. |
