There is a "Form Hack" to make a form for posting a new thread. It looks like you would need that, and then to make a couple new columns in the database for the information and then a plugin to grab that info when the threadbit is parsed. Not a real easy job for a beginner, but doable if you know what you are doing.

Custom Thread Fields

Those are two that could be modified for your new thread. However, I don't think either of them saves the data into a new post/thread field to be used in the threadbit template shown in your first image. So, you will need to add a new column into either your thread table or post table for the Rip Quality (etc) fields and then pull that information when doing the thread list.
