WinSCP - the current version handles standard ftp in addition to sftp which it was originally designed for.

Personally I have only use Cyberduck and Transmit FTP (I probably used another one in there but don't remember). For the $30 that it costs to purchase a license, you have several nice features (plus a mini editor that can use to make quick remote changes). And if you do a lot of PHP programming, if you purchase Coda, they work together in several aspects to make remote editing quite fun actually.

But I found Cyberduck rather annoying and buggy too.
