on-line Users showed in all the 3D

i'm searching a mod that allow to show the users that are on-line,
from any 3d.

e.g.
I come in a 3D, if i scroll down(or up) , i can show the users that are on-line in this moment.

Exist this mod?
If yes, where?

Standard vBulletin feature its on the vBulletin options some where like forumdisplay settings or some where like that.
