Is there a hack to create potential customer leads? For instance the kitchen and bath forum, homeowners that need a contractor etc in there area can fill out a form that can not be seen by anyone except admin or mods?

I coud do with a feature like this.

Say an opt in form on each page to target your lists. That would be easy to do anyway. Forget this post.
