I am folloiwing the instructions in the vb manual to the T. I renamed the config.php.new to config.php as instructed however, when I do that, the file then automatically goes to just "config" and the icon for the file changes to a picture of a camera. What's going on?

Open it in your editor, edit as appropriate. Then instead of pressing Save, hit "Save As" or which ever button is appropriate, then you should be able to somehow change the extension. (Normally by just typing it into the 'name' section.)

Thanks, so far so good. I just posted another question to clarify editing...I really don't want to screw this up as this is my first time.
