I need a simple licensing system mod, maybe using subscriptions system where users can join the subscription by entering a license key which is validated against a license table (I can code this part or maybe do it manually) and changes user's group to a specified usergroup.

Is there any mod like this?

I haven't seen one. Maybe you can ask to see whether someone can make one for you, for free! If not, then you can post in the "Request for paid services" forum and someone may be able to make you one.
