I have the IP Address of a member who has been spamming my forum with gay porn and nasty things like that. Our site has some younger members and he has refused to stop. Is there a way I can report his IP Address to someone and have him brought down for this? We have IP Banned him, but he keeps coming on with proxies and everything. I am looking to contacting his internet provider and having it shut off if I can.

You can go to his ISP, but I am not sure what they would do. Have you also banned his account(s)?

Most ISPs have an abuse@ISP.TLD email address you can contact, but in my experience most of them are pretty blah about doing anything. Still, emails are free. Give them times, dates, and events.
