How do i change the skins on my site? I see the option on the bottom to change skins, but how do i make a custom skin the skin that loads when guests visit the website (without having to change the skin) I dont see the option, and im new to VB. hence the stupid question...

The answer to your question is much longer than the max post size limit
However to get started, goto: ACP -> Styles & Templates -> Style Manager In there you will probably only have one style called "Default Style", click on "Add New Style", give it a title and while you are playing with it set Allow User Selection to No. Then save, this will bring you back to the original page and you will now see you new style in the list. From there click the drop down box and start editing. I would suggest just playing with the css first once you have got your head around that then look into template edits (the actual markup used to display your forum) Or you can go with a slightly easier option, visit this forum: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/forumdisplay.php?f=164 Find a style you like, download it and follow the install instructions |

Ahhhh
In that case all you need to do is goto: ACP ->Vbulletin Options -> Style & Language Settings In there find the "Default Style" option and change it to your new style, save it and all done If you want to disable the original default style goto ACP -> Styles & Templates -> Style Manager uncheck the default style option and click save display order. As administrator you will still be able to select the two styles, however your normal users will not have this option |
