thats because you set the default value of reputation
that means any new users will have a default value of 1 for there reputation you need to reset everyones reputation for it to go down to 0 it should be able to be done down in the maintenance part of admin cp somewhere in there i think --------------- Added [DATE]1205265692[/DATE] at [TIME]1205265692[/TIME] --------------- lol you posted that at the same time as i posted my post lol thats funny |

Hmm. This doesn't seem to be working for me.
I'm trying to reset everyone's reputation to zero and then start again with a new set of values defined so the numbers don't get so huge in the future. A few questions if anyone can help: Is it possible to just reset the value to zero, using the control panel, and without fussing with the tables in the DB? If not, which table would you empty in the DB? Is that possible via the control panel? I've changed the values in vBulletin Options to what I would like them to be and have run "Rebuild User Reputation" but all user's reputation remains the same. New reps reflect the changes and bump rep the correct number of points but I would like for it to be retroactive, calculating the rep number for all users to reflect the new values I've input. I would assume that is what "Rebulid User Reputation" is supposed to do but it doesn't seem to be working. Does anyone have an idea why? Thanks a ton if anyone can help. --------------- Added [DATE]1205903921[/DATE] at [TIME]1205903921[/TIME] --------------- nevermind, got it. |
