Do you mean in the URL box of the browser?
If so thats a fav.ico and you need to ftp it to your public_html directory after creating your custom one. |

ftp is file transfer protocol, you need a ftp browser like flashfxp or cuteftp to use ftp on your hosting account.
public_html is a directory on your hosting account. |

You need create an icon to replace the one you have currently, then use your FTP client to upload and replace the favicon.ico file in your forum root directory.
