I wanted to ask that:
Is it possible that, only members of particular Usergroup(Global Moderators, V.I.P, Moderators, Administrators) can have the option to change the skin on forum. Thats it. |

That is currently not an option. However, being an admin (and I think mods also if they have permission to see the Styles part of the admin panel), you can click on the style link in the Styles Manager and see your forum using that skin/style.

Hmmm wat i was thinking is, to have 2 skins on my board, one with all ads. And on second skin no ads, no popups which will be used by admins, mods, vips. Is there some other way to do this?

Well, you could put a usergroup conditional statement around the ads so that they don't show to Mods/Admins/VIPs.
