Is it possible to move it all avatars and signature pics from my server (at ones) to some free host? I think that they cause my big bandwidth.

It may be possible, but I doubt it would be easy.

Unless you're allowing really big images, it's unlikely they would cause bandwidth problems. Remember, users only download them the first time they see them, after that they load from the browser cache.
