How do I create another heading (hard to explain, please read)

I posted this on vbulletin.com but isnt geting any replies, I figured its more a midding issue.

Its difficult to explain to ill use pictures.

Not exactly easy to do posting here, quite a bit of recoding needs to be done in the template, you could always post for a paid job.

You might try posting your forumhome template, some one might modify it for free.

Try this on a test board or backup your template being doing it:

After:
