Applying different styles to mods usernames in online users

Hi,

im hoping to highlight or set apart somehow the usernames of mods in the 'currently active users' section of the homepage

i was wondering if a condition can be added to forumhome_loggedinuser to wrap a span with a class attached around their name? or am i thinking in the wrong area...?

Have you tried:

AdminCP > Usergroups > Usergroup Manager > (Next to appropriate usergroup) Edit Usergroup > Go > Username HTML Markup.

Then you can use something like
