Hey if iv posted this in wrong place sorry can you tell me were to post.

Well on my forum I want it so that people can change the url/hex code of there background in the profile.
How do I do this?

I think that is built-in to vB3.7. Have you looked in the Modifications section of this site for what you want?

Use the search bar and put in "background", select "All Mods" and then "Titles Only" and you will get a ton of mods where the background is modified. I'm sure you can take one of those and change it to fit your needs. It isn't as simple of a coding job as it sounds since users need to input the url in an exact format or the color code in an exact format. What you do when the user does not enter the url or color code correctly is going to be the challenge. But, look at some of those mods and see how they deal with the issue.
