Did you do anything to modify the site at all? It just looks like a stock installation.

No not yet, I will add arcade, vbookie tho, and more.

Add what you need, no more. Other people can't tell you what that will be. Why don't you wait and see if anyon requests things or if some needs crop up?

Well to update, I added my site to search engines and I added two skins.

When you start a new forum one of the most important things is the skin/theme

You need a decent skin, one that grabs the users attention when they visit for the first time. One that is relevant to your topics, i.e you have a sports forum, so why not have a banner with different sports in it, or change your icon's to footballs or some other sporting instrument. Show guests that your forum loves sports, after all it says it in the url
