vBulletin Message - How do I do this?

One of my moderators has made a change to my forum and now I can't figure out how to change it back. (I have since released him of his duties ) When a regular member (not a mod) tries to log in, a vBulletin message comes up with this message "The administrators want you to view a thread before you continue to browse the forum. You can view the thread here." When you click "here", it does nothing. Does anyone know how I can change this?

Also, my time is on the wrong time zone at the bottom of my forum page. I have gone into the CP and changed it under time settings but it is not reflected on my page. Any suggestions?

your first issue is a plugin (or product) your mod probably installed. which you can uninstall through you admin CP. The plugin is for new users or any usergroup to read a specific topic before posting.

your second issue is happening probably because for time zone to be correct not only you have to change your forum time zone but also your profile itself too. so go to you user CP and change YOUR time zone setting.
