I want to turn off the forums and use the options for displaying forums for specific usergroups. Now, those users will not be able to login because forum is closed, so why the option? Anyone explain how can I get login box to appear when board is OFF? thanks/

hmm, I think I have a similar mod installed but the main problem is that those usergroups that are allowed to view can't view because they first need to LOGIN, there is no loging screen when the board is turned off..

Ok, is there a possibility of doing this: when server is too busy, only allowing certain usergroups to view board?

You can try to see if you can add it anyways, just back up your DB first.
