Server Setting Help Needed

Hello.
I need some help please guys help if any can.
I need some requirements to install at server that i cant .
Here are requirements that i need to install.

Are you asking for someone to install all that for you?

Each program should have a README or INSTALL file to read from for installing the addon's, you will need to recompile PhP with the appropriate switches after installing all the addon's you want.
