I'm testing out my backup files- I copied all my directories over to my test backup site, then uploaded the sql database file. The database is fine and has updated correctly, but there is no style background anymore. The background is pure white with the text on it. All the links work correctly. What did I do wrong????

Check the paths set in your style. You are probably pointing them to the wrong directoryname.
