Use tools.php to reset your settings: http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showthread.php?t=247154

Hi,
I cannot use tools.php for some reason. I have a valid license.. but its not the one I initially registered with the site (purefta.com). Basically meaning, when it asks for the Customer ID it doesn't take it. Thanks for your response. |

Download a vBulletin package from vBulletin.com using your current license and customer id. Then upload the tools.php file from the package you just downloaded and try using your customer id, it maybe that you are using a tools.php file from another download or something.

If you do not have the valid license from that site, require support at http://vbulletin.com

I download tools.php again with my license. It worked. I reset both the Cookie options.. tried it, and the same problems exists. Vbulletin.com are looking into it now, but they already said they fixed it but it has not worked.
