For whatever reason, I cannot get onto my site because it tells me my password is wrong. I was locked out after trying 5 times. I got a new password sent to me and waited awhile only to try that new password and have it not work either. So I'm locked out again. Why aren't any of my passwords working??

I have 3 other accounts (used for testing features) and all of those are locked out as well even though they have different email addresses. No one else is trying my passwords because I get my own email address sent to me as the person who locked my account down. I'm sooo irritated!

To top it ALL off, the same thing happened over at vb.com so I can't even get help!

Why, after 15 minutes, are my passwords STILL not working????? :down:

Yah...lol. Not just that but when you request a password it sends a numeric one. I've copy and pasted it into the Password box and still, I get locked out again for 15 minutes (which ends up being more).

Sigh.

Upload tools.php
Close your forums via tools.php
use phpmyadmin or tools.php to empty the session and cpsession tables
Try to login
Open the forums if you can login.
Watch the session table and look for ipaddress, do they all match?

Yes. I was able to get in. Finally. UGH!

Now, off to .com for damage control there as well.
