Is there a way to ban the entire nation from signing up or even viewing my forum?

No they are not bots, as soon as i delete their account, they start to "punish" me with click frauding tons of clicks on my google ads in an attempt to ban my google adsense account and take away my income, I'm REALLY pissed right now. I've had nothing but ongoing problems with this nation in particular.

When you get one, look up the IP using whois, then use cpanel and ban the whole ip range listed.

There aren't that many ISPs over there so you'll probably only have to add a few ranges to your ban.
