No Posting to Specific Forum Until You Reach a Certain Post Count

I am sure that i have seen a hack like this before, but I can't find it anywhere (or if it is a default option, tell me where to look).

I have a "For Sale" forum. I would like to restrict posting to that forum to members with 10 or more posts. I would like the other members/guests to be able to view the forum, just not post to it.

How can I do this? Thanks.

Never mind. I figured out the usergroup/promotion system.
