Date formatting options?

Is there a mod that will let users select the format in which dates will be displayed for them throughout the forum?

I have several European users on my board which would prefer a DD-MM-YYYY format instead of the MM-DD-YYYY format, but I can't see any stock vB options to change that outside of the Admin CP.
