Default Notification of Read PM?

I'm trying to figure out how to tell when someone on my board whom I've sent a PM warning to has read it. Is there a hack or some way that I can have it show when the PM has been read by the user? (Obviously they don't usually send the "read receipt" back on that kind of thing so it's basically worthless to me) Or some kind of notification that it's been read emailed to me? I've searched the forums but didn't come up with anything so forgive me if this has been asked before. Thanks!

as far as I am aware there is no such modification so the only way you could get this is by either paying somebody to make it or get somebody to make it for free (which is highly unlikely somebody will do it for free.) The largest reason why this mod doesn't exist is due to the fact that nobody really needs this mod. I am not actually possitive why you may need it but that is not my place to question you.

I don't want to turn off the ability for users to deny read receipts however, as the admin, when I send a PM I want to be able to tell when the user has read it. I'm really shocked this isn't something more people would be interested in.

Correct me if I'm wrong but could you not just use the built in 'Request Read Reciept' which is in Misselanceous (Sorry about spelling) Options when you send a PM.

I could and do but users usually just deny it. I could just turn off their ability to deny it but then they couldn't deny it to each other either and I don't want to do that. I just don't want them to be able to deny it from admins.

Ah, I see what you want now. You could set it up to not be able to deny it from Admins, but that would take a little coding work. Otherwise, i dont believe that there is a supplemental modification that does what you want.

Thank you, that's what I needed to know.

No problem.

Unless somebody else knows of something or has seen a little tweaking of that code, thats all I can think of at the moment.
