Is sales the only place to ask to buy this type of license? And would their be a place, if I had a site that they might want in trade of a license their not using? I have looked around, and haven't seen a post like this. I went to DP, but I'd feel better dealing with this type of a deal here.

vBulletin.org is not a place to buy licenses, if you want to buy a second-hand license, please try somewhere else.

License transfers are always done at the discretion of Jelsoft. Before purchasing a second hand license, you should always verify with Jelsoft that it is an existing valid license and eligible for a transfer.

We do not allow any trading on our forums, so you will need to find this kind of trade on another website.
