On my old forum I remember being able to access an option which controlled the links on the top bar (the one just below the header) in which it says New Posts, Members List, Log Out etc etc.

It think it is straight forward to access I just cant find that option again.

Any help on its location

There is no default option that allows you to control the links through a menu or anything of that sort.

Any additions/deletions must be done through editing the "navbar" template.
