Header in the middle?

How do i align the header to be in the middle,

i'm using a custom header and its aligned to be in the left which causes
trouble to have an empty space on the right,

please any ideas of how i can make it in the center, so the empty spaces shows
on left and right in order to show consistency??

and if possible my buttons aren't consistent with different resolutions,
is there a way i can make them fixed??
