vbarcade prob getting 3 warnings at top of page

can anyone tell me how to fix this i cant find aqny info on it and i havent got a clue what it means.

right think i know what the prob is i just dont know how to sort it.

i need to make the arcade allow the avatar's size?

any idears ?
