I'm running an older 3.51 forum and wanted to ask about any security issues with that version. I googled a few threads but am not finding any specifics. Any location where vB puts all their security issues and a patch I can use until upgrade time?

All vBulletin patches can be found in their respective release threads over at vB.com.

You can not patch from 3.5.1 and get secure. You will need to do a full upgrade to the latest 3.5.x or 3.6.
