Hi, i want to remove basicly the header and footer tempalates from a page. How would i do this?

Look for $header and $footer in the template and delete them.

No, what i mean is like on say like private.php how could i remove the header and footer

Like I said, you need to remove the 2 variables I posted above in the template. For private.php, the main template used is "USERCP_SHELL".
