My vB license (owned) has almost expired, and I'm not sure when I will update it, so;
What access will I have here when it expires? Can I still release mods/styles?

An owned license NEVER expires, you need to renew for support & updates for 35 a year after the initial purchase of an owned license on a yearly basis.

The license shouldn't effect you releasing hacks or styles here in this manner as you own a license.
