I would like to make the forum only for people 18 and over, how can you change this from 13?

13 has something to do with COPPA, there's something different then what you want I guess.

Yeah its an adult content site, so I would like the forum to somehow only allow people 18 or over in rather than 13 so I don't have to manually approve each member.
