Automatic polls upon creation of a thread

Is there some sort of way that i can make a poll that will automatically appear upon the creation of a thread in a certain sub forum.

Example

Say i have a sub forum called Film Reviews

If i make a new topic in this sub forum an automatic poll of 1-10 is created with the topic.

Or is there a mod that will do something like this availble.

I'm looking for the same thing for the same reason. I need a 1 to 5 rating poll.

Has anyone ever considered doing this?
