Forum Width Problem

I would like to sort both my forum's and my banner's width problem.

First, my banner is sometimes being stretched too much depending on the page's width. So in some threads it remains normal, and in threads with big images for instance it gets huge.

Somebody told me to edit these lines:

Well I dont know where to edit these lines because each page has another source code.

Please, if you know how to stop the banner from getting too stretched, and how to make the forum width a little bit bigger (90% of the page), please post here.

You didn't ask in your last post on were to edit the code.

You need to edit your header template.

Also, im only guessing the "100%" is your issue as the size isnt hard coded as you last posted it was, each browser could render the 100% differently.
