Hello guys and girls alike!
I took over control of a board that is running phpBB (latest version) and it has been driving me insane. So, I am thinking of purchasing another license of VB to upgrade to. My only big concern here is transfer of data and users. I would feel like a total asshat if I made everyone re register at a new forum and have to re-post all those threads, however I cannot stand phpBB and luff my VB ![]() I understand there is a migration or transfer script/kit that comes with VB, but have never done something like this before. Is this a hard process? Does it bring over user accounts, password, posts, forums, etc? Any advice, tips or info would rock! TY@~~! |

It's actually very easy to do. And yes, it will bring all that information over. Some information, you may lose, I can't remember which though as I haven't done this in a long time

If you're asking does vBulletin come with the ImpEx download, then yes. Once you have your access to the members area on vbulletin.com you will have 2 links, 1.) Download vBulletin and 2.) Download ImpEx
