backlink builder for vbulletin

Is anyone aware of an add-on or plugin that will allow the administrator to input a list of keywords (anchor text) and urls associated with these keywords, then when saved. Any and all keywords in this list that happen to be in any post within the entire vbulletin site a hyperlink (backlink) is created within the post for the keyword to where the admin wants it to link to?
