Am I alklowed to have 3 installations of vB undr 1 license?

1- main site forums
2- staff training forums
3- test forums (replica of the main but used for testing mods skins etc before installation on main)

Is it ok to have 3 forums like that? Only
#1 is public, the other 2 will be private,
#2 only for staff (mods etc) so they can fully thrash it out there to test the limits of the system and
#3 is just for me to experiment on.
