Posting In Vbulletin From External Page

I've been writing a basic review script for my site that is integrated with vBulletin.

I remember a few weeks I stumbled upon a little mod for vBulletin that would let me post a new thread and possibly reply to an already existing thread from an outside page by passing variables from my review script to this mod. Now I can't find it.

Any ideas where this is or what it is called. I don't seam to be using the right keywords in my searches.

I believe this is the place I found the code for creating new threads

Now I just have to figure out how to respond to already created threads.
