I am looking for an add-on that allows members to sign up to one of a list of different newsletters that exist.

member A signs up for the "Oregon Newsletter" while member B signs up for "Nevada". I don't imagine that is difficult, but the tougher part would be the automatic generation of these newsletters. I want to be able to create them at the touch of a button. For example, the Nevada newsletter (which I would want mailed out by e-mail) would contain information such as:

- recent forum posts either in the Nevada forum or, more likely, posts in the USA forum that have been 'tagged' as being relevant to Nevada
- new members from Nevada
- I want my members to have "personal pages" so when Nevada members change their personal pages, this info would also go out in the Nevada newsletter.

Are there already existing add-ons or modules that approach this type of functionality?

Any luck with this? Seems like a neat idea. You may have to pay someone to do this...
