Is there anyway that I can change the font size of the forum titles on the main forum index? I have looked in the style templates but not quite sure what I am looking for

Edit the navbar template, then add a style definition to your title.

But wait. What you exactly mean with "forum names on the main index"? Could you do a screen?
My first solution was about the forum name in the navbar.. if you're loking for change the forum listing names, the solution is different. |

For change that, you will need to edit the CSS of your style: AdminCp -> Styles & Templates -> All style options -> Go.
