Which portal system is the best, that you guys HIGHLY recommend?

It all depends on your needs.

Do a search, and you will find many. Compare them and see which one is the best for your set up.

One that I used on my board before I made my own 'portal' was vBAdvanced.

just installed the vBAdvanced portal system, and its pretty sweet.
