can vbulletin provide service of file sharing ?

Hi,
I will start to work on a project, can vbulletin be able to provide these features... My project details is this:

I will create a file sharing system. Web site will have very simple desing, nothing fancy. There will be membership form and visitors will fill out the for and they reciever user name and password, they can choose one or can recieve random one. Administrator will confirm accounts and able to disable or enable them.

They will log in and after than they can be able to start download files... There will be hundreds of files and they should be categorized. I will prodive categories. And also there will be a credit system. If you upload files they you will gain points, if you download files you will spent your points... So slogan will be upload before you download something like that.

vBulletin itself is not build for that kind of request, remember, this is a Forum...

but, at the grace of some of the best coders here, we have addons that do the trick... File sharing (like megaupload.com), Download Managers (like downoad.com), and so on... use the serach engine here, you'll have your answers.

Yeah - with vBulletin and all of the add-ons available thru it's great community, *almost* anything can be achieved!
