Is there a way that you can edit the showgroups.php file to only show one group? I have tried looking for like usergroupid="ID NUMBER", but I can't find anything like that. anyone know what I can do???

Just set all usergroups to not show, except the one you want.
AdminCP -> Usergroups -> Usergroup Manager -> Edit Usergroup -> Viewable on Show Groups: No |

Good idea, thanks. I tried it but for some reason 4 members are showing up and they do not belong to the usergroup. http://www.phonexpo.ie/showgroups.php
Any ideas? |

If you want to remove the 4 moderators that are showing:
AdminCP -> vBulletin Options -> General Settings -> Enable Forum Leaders: Yes, but disable Moderators |
