Selected posts in seperated page?

Something like.. admins and modes can select posts and add them in one seperate page. Not some news CMS etc. where i need to specify ID. Just simple page where is some selected posts shown.
Or a easy page that lets me add content and lists it.
Is there hack available?

I hope u guys understand me, my english aint good, because i live in estonia, heh.
