Download for donation?

I'd like a mod that's kind of a cross between a downloads section/shop, awards system, vBux/vPlaza, and a thank you page. I've got a few things in the works that I'd like to offer to my users as digital downloads in exchange for a donation. I'd like to offer a couple of different downloads to choose from for each level of donation, and let the user choose whether they want a "Hero of the Forum" award image in their profile and their name included on a thank you page for donors.
