Insta-Ban?
For 3.5.x
Is there a way to make it so that when you block an email from being registered... that it doesnt dis-allow them from registering, but when they do register it automatically puts them in the ban category?? |

Why do you want this?

to ban those who sign up with email accounts from say.. mail.ru or other email services such as that
Cant it be like an If Then statement.. like.. IF user signs up with @mail.ru THEN move user to banned usergroup? |

Could you not merely ban the email address and prevent them from registering in the first place? I can understand the need for banning email addresses, and this is default vbulletin functionality. However, I do not understand why you want them to register and then moved into a banned usergroup. Sounds like a nice way to inflate your user count with a bunch of spambots... but not for much else.
With that said, it is not something that would be that difficult to do... just something that I don't think is really necessary. Perhaps you simply were not aware that this was default vbulletin functionality? |

no, im perfectly aware. I would just like it that way
no offense but I dont think people need to explain reasoning to have a mod done *shrug* |

Well I just was not sure if you were aware of vbulletin's existing functionality... I was not trying to be rude.
